Evil Twin Brewing is building a new production facility in Brooklyn, New York. The nearly 15,000 square foot space should be open by mid-2017.
Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø has been at the helm of the brewery since 2010. A bit like world renown Mikkeller, Evil Twin Brewing has carried a “gypsy brewer” status, meaning the brewery's beers are contracted at various breweries around the United States. Most frequently at Westbrook Brewing in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and Two Roads Brewing in Stratford, Conneticut.
The new space will house 10,000 square feet of production space, plus a tap room and outdoor area.
Undoubtedly, this New York brewery will be a playground for Jarnit-Bjergsø, who will finally have a home for collaborators to come and play.
Developing….
