Anheuser-Busch InBev has acquired another U.S. craft brewery. This time it's Houston, Texas based Karbach Brewing.
Karbach has been operating for nearly 5 years. The news comes on the heels of A-B InBev purchasing homebrew supply giant Northern Brewer.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The brewery states this move was about “resources” and the need to grow. The brewery will join AB InBev's craft division, alongside other acquisitions like Goose Island, Blue Point, Elysian, Golden Road, and more.
Karbach Brewing's year-round lineup includes Love Street Kolsch, Hopadillo IPA, and Weekend Warrior Pale Ale.
